There is nothing better than the first few real days of spring in the Chicagoland area. On the heels of last week’s Market on Canal, we’re planning for another big weekend.

Quarryman 5K & 10-Mile Challenge
Hosted by Lemont Park District
Saturday, May 10 starting at 7:00 AM
Rise and shine, Lemont! Kick off your weekend with the annual Quarryman 5K and 10-Mile Challenge. This beloved race pays homage to our town's historic limestone quarries with a challenging course that takes participants through some of Lemont's most scenic areas.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a morning stroll through our beautiful downtown, the Quarryman Challenge offers something for everyone.
Registration opens at 7:00 AM at Lemont Village Hall. Don't forget to stay for the post-race celebration at Pollyanna Brewing, featuring local vendors and refreshments!

Beauty & Wellness Walk

Saturday starting at 11:30 AM
After you've recovered from the morning's exertions, join us for the Beauty & Wellness Walk kicking off at 11:30 AM with yoga at Marbella of Lemont. We have 20+ vendors at 10 locations that are opening up the doors for you to check out all of the beauty, fitness, and wellness that they have to offer.
✨ Drop-In for a 30-minute Yoga Class (11:30 AM), Sound Bath (12:15 PM), or QiGong Moving Meditation (4 PM) at the outdoor courtyard at Marbella of Lemont.

Digs on Canal has a special Mother’s Day Brunch from 10AM - 4PM on Saturday, May 10. Reservations are required.
