Light up your engines! The fastest and coolest cars are making their way to Lemont Downtown for our legendary cruise night car shows and block party. Wander the streets of historic Lemont Downtown viewing cars that take you back in time and make you dream of the future.

It’s car show time! All Show Cars are welcome for this kick-off to the 2026 season.

Trophy awarded to the best Exotic Car or Import. It’s our sponsors expo night. Come down and see many of our sponsors on Canal Street.

It’s tractor night in Lemont! Enjoy this family-friendly night with special activities for kids hosted by our partners the Lemont Library and The Lemont Park District. Kid’s activities take place on Village Green on Main Street from 6-8pm.

Come celebrate America’s 250 at the Lemont Cruise nights. Trophy will be awarded to the best Military Vehicle.

Trophy will be awarded to a Ford vehicle or Mustang. It’s our sponsors expo night; come check out our sponsors booth on Canal Street.

Trophy will be awarded to a Chevy or corvettes. It’s kid’s night hosted by our partners The Lemont Library, and The Lemont Park District. Kid’s activities take place at Village Green on Main Street from 6-8pm.

Trophy will be awarded to a Jeep or 4×4. Come down for night of adventure!

Trophy awarded to a Buicks, Oldsmobile, or Pontiacs.

Trophy awarded to a MOPARS and Citgo STEM night. It’s also Kids Night host by The Lemont Library and The Lemont Park District. Come check out all the fun family friendly STEM activities at Village Green on Main Street - from 6-8pm.

Come take an up-close look at vehicles from local first responders and emergency vehicles.

Calling All Cars. No trophy will be handed out tonight vote online for the Duane Peterson trophy! Winner announced at the last car show on August 26, 2026.

All About the Car Show and Block Party
We want you to have the best time in Lemont Downtown. Here are a few things you should know:
Vehicles participating in the car show may not park earlier than 4:30 PM CST and must be parked legally at 9 PM CST.
Sponsorship and participation by food vendors, organizations, and local businesses is closed for 2026.

No registration or fees are required for vehicles participating in the Cruise Nights. Just park!
Any cancellations will be posted on the Lemont Cruise Nights Facebook page by 3 PM Local.
Refrain from setting up portable chairs in front of open and occupied businesses until the roads are closed.
Roads are closed from 6 PM - 9 PM. Follow signs for detours and parking.
Main Street will be closed from Stephen Street to Lockport Street. Canal Street will be closed from Stephen Street to Lemont Street.
Food and drink will be available at local restaurants and from participating vendors.
Follow the safety and parking instructions of the Lemont Police Department and Lemont Emergency Management Agency (LEMA).
Rain or Shine event. No make-up or reschedules.
Kids Night
Every cruise night is a family-friendly block party with tons to do and explore. Throughout the summer, enjoy extra special kids’ nights with even more activities, giveaways, or fun from our sponsors and partners. We are proud to partner with the Lemont Library and The Lemont Park District. The Lemont Library and The Lemont Park District will host three Kids Nights at the 2026 Lemont Cruise Nights.
