The Culturally-Confused Reuben Pizza is one of Jonathan’s, Wooden Paddle’s owner, favorite pizzas to make.  And, it is making its March re-appearance on their menu.

I’m sure the name has you wondering, what’s on this pizza?  Let’s start off with some braised corned beef brisket, which is appropriate for the St. Patrick’s season.  Add sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese, fresh mozzarella, horseradish cream, house-made Russian dressing, caraway seeds, and fresh baby dill.
